Team Workshop

2-4 hour Workshops - Now Available Virtually!

Could your team be more productive or efficient? Is your team utilizing each employee’s strengths to its advantage? Either way, I believe everyone has room to grow and improve. If you would like your team members to be more engaged, productive, or accountable, the following workshops can be provided:

  • Collaboration - Identify team members’ personality type, communication style, and strengths so you can communicate effectively and utilize unique talents to the team’s advantage

  • Accountability - Learn how to set performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and increase accountability

  • Trust - Assess the current level of trust, understand why it is important, and build it through various exercises

Workshops can be provided in person or online and include the appropriate assessments and exercises.

Investment: Starts at $1600/2 hours and depends on travel distance

Knowledgeable: I have a Master’s degree in Business and Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Human Resources.

Diverse Experience: I’ve worked in asset management, marketing, financial services, and consulting in both a corporate and start-up setting. Therefore, I understand the perplexities of corporations and small businesses, across varied industries.
